Making the Most of Modeling  2016

Overview

Cal Poly University’s Center for Excellence in STEM Education (CESAME) and the Teacher Quality Partnership Grant (TQP) are pleased to offer  a 3 Day Lesson Study professional development event for local secondary and middle school STEM teachers who have participated in Modeling PD. Building off of 3 summers of Modeling professional development, this event is intended to support a deeper understanding of Modeling concepts and provide space for teachers to collaboratively develop Modeling lesson plans for implementation in the 2016/2017 AY.

$250 Stipend for local SLO County and Northern Santa Barbara county HS teachers.
*Previous participation in Modeling PD is required.
