The Why I Teach Conversation Series at Cal Poly invites local educators to share their personal journeys into teaching in an informal, fireside-chat style setting. Each event highlights the challenges, rewards, and impact of a career in education, giving students an authentic look at what it means to teach. Open to all interested students, the series fosters conversation, inspiration, and community—often over pizza—while helping future educators explore the possibilities of teaching.
